Julie Benezet, Principal
Julie—a former Amazon.com executive, lawyer, and entrepreneur—has spent 30 years building businesses, buildings, and careers. She works as consultant, coach, and teacher to senior executives around the country. She led the development and served as the Academic Leader at Harvard University’s Executive Education “Challenges of Leadership” program at the Graduate School of Design for 10 years. Stephanie Reynolds, Principal
Stephanie has worked and supported executives and their teams for over 30 years. Her early expertise is based on 17 years as a senior consultant with major consulting organizations such as Wilson Learning and Mohr Development (now Blessing White), where she built her reputation training and consulting in a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. She also built her own successful company providing mediation and collaborative conflict resolution services and training and is widely recognized as an expert in the field. Brenda Bluemke, Senior Coach/Facilitator
Brenda brings 20 years of passion and experience as a manager and leader, clearly understanding the struggles and rewards of leading in today’s complex organizations. She works as an Organizational Development Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator for top leaders nationwide.
As a seasoned Facilitator, Brenda helps leaders stretch, take action from new perspectives, and step into their true potential. As an Executive Coach she brings a thoughtful, reflective, and intuitive perspective with a bias for action and real world deliverables. As an Organizational Development Consultant, her work includes developing Talent Management strategies and Leadership Development programs. Brenda’s experience spans financial, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and retail industries, where she has worked effectively with a variety of senior leadership teams.
Prior to building her consulting practice, Brenda was the V.P. of Leadership Development at Washington Mutual, where she launched and directed the corporate Executive Leadership department in a high-growth, merger and acquisition environment.
Ivars Ozolins, Senior Coach/Facilitator
Ivars Ozolins is a leadership coach, strategist and educator. For over twenty years he has been researching, developing and coaching the practical application of peak performance strategies to leaders in some of the world’s most respected organizations. He blends contemporary business practices with neuroscience, somatics, systems thinking and mindfulness practices. His clients come to see different, think different and do different – and thus achieve better results with less stress and more fulfillment.
Ivars began his career in retail banking, where he managed both the P&L and staffing for a region of branch offices with over $300 million in deposits and more than 20,000 accounts. Leveraging these talents and his passion for developing leaders, Ivars managed Executive Development for Nestlé USA where he provided coaching to executives, high potentials and their teams, and co-founded its pioneering Innovation Incubator Lab. He helped launch an organization-wide leadership program at a major healthcare company, and advised Fortune 200 companies on large-scale change initiatives as a Strategy Consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP.
María Escobar-Bordyn, Senior Coach/Facilitator
María brings more than 20 years of experience to her practice: coaching and advising leaders and organizations in transition, human performance, leadership, and performance development. A highly capable executive coach and facilitator, she understands the relationship between individual and organizational success. Adept at understanding diverse organizational cultures and business models, María brings a thoughtful, pragmatic and outcome-based approach to her work, motivating clients to identify and achieve success.
A dynamic and high energy facilitator, María consults with corporations, professional associations and non-profit boards on leadership issues, as well as facilitates corporate workshops in leadership development, high performance work teams, strategic planning, performance planning, and career and change management. She has has been recognized for her ability to engage and motivate audiences quickly, helping leaders ‘move the needle’.
Prior to launching her coaching and consulting business, María was affiliated with DBM, a global human performance consulting firm, spending the last four years as Managing Consultant for their state of Washington practice. In her roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, she coached hundreds of executives and senior executives in multiple industries, diverse company sizes and functions. In addition, she advised organizations and teams on effectively managing change, and developing, managing and retaining talent.
